Highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for water damage repair.
I had a roof leak and Jorge was very prompt at responding to my request for works to be done. His crew (Stephanie, James, and Russel) made sure everything was protected (furnitures, floor and carpet, stair railing, etc.) before they started their work. Stephanie especially was very professional and explained everything as she was working in the house.
Jorge, the general manager, ensured that I was happy with the result of the repair. The repair took place over a few days, and after each day, Jorge called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the job done. He also did not hesitate to send his crew back to rectify anything that I was not happy with.

Very professional and very accommodating! I had mould work done and everything looked good. Jorge and his staff was very friendly. Jorge himself always made himself available when I had questions or concerns and was able to address them in a timely manner. They ensured that I had inspected the work and made sure I was in aggreance prior to proceeding further with the next step. They explain the process and made everything easy to understand. Overall I highly recommend this company, they are multifaceted in different things eg. Water restoration but specialize in mould removal as well!

My experience with this company was completely wonderful.
We had a flood from our upstairs washroom that went all the way to the basement.
The team that came that first night were very professional they let us know everything they were doing and why.
The next day our insurance company came by and they only wanted to do the extreme bare minimum to get things back to normal. Jorge fought on our behalf to get everything done properly.
The construction crew did a wonderful job bringing everything back to better than before. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

The water valve under an upstairs bathroom vanity broke with water saturating the flooring in the bathroom, hallway carpet and ceiling on first floor. The Restoration company was called and attended immediately. Jorge owner was very professional and timely in their execution of restoration. They were a pleasure to deal with as Jorge is very reassuring that the issue is taken care of and demonstrated same.
This is a first class company and I highly recommend them to everyone.
The negative comments on here appear to come from people who are having a bad day and use on-line sites to vent their frustrations- I usually take such posts with a grain of salt. Try this company for yourself and you will be satisfied with the service and results.
